Throughout the region, farmer’s markets dot the landscape brimming with delicious, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses and more.  At Patriot Hills we are focused on creating cuisine from the finest ingredients. So our staff frequents area farmer’s markets in search of locally sourced, farm-fresh produce for our signature dishes. You and your guests will taste the difference from the first bite.  Palettes will awaken from the true, fresh flavors. Whether you are a locavore or simply a connesseur of incredible cuisine, you will appreciate the love and care we take in sourcing local ingredients when possible for our weddings and events.

Feature a farmer’s market station at your wedding reception. You can truly highlight the region’s bountiful offerings with our Hudson Valley Garden Harvest Station.  The actual items in the station are customized and change weekly. They can include:

  • Roasted Local Beets with Candied Walnuts and Pomegranate Drizzle
  • Marinated Cucumber & Olive Salad
  • Chef Selection of in Season Local Garden Produce
